To pay homage to the martyrs Language movement and Liberation War of Bangladesh there are Shahid Minar, Prottoy Ekattor and a monument on liberation war.
The sculpture “Prottoy Ekattor” is made by Sculptor Mrinal Haque in the memories of valiant fight for the liberation of Bangladesh.
Muktamancha is made to respect two legends of Bangladesh national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam and Rabindranath Tagore.
